Murder
R – v – C – Drug dealing related murder in east London. Acquitted at the Old Bailey.
R – v – E – initially charged wither murder with several others but later Indicted on perverting the course of justice. Acquitted after trial.
R -v – C – County Lines gang murder in Blackpool. Prosecuted at Preston Crown Court. Acquitted of the murder.
R – v – B – murder of a pregnant lady. Case involved complex mental health issues where the issue of fitness to plead was required to be determined. A hospital order was imposed.
