Ameeta represented a Dentist accused of ABH. No further action was taken following a Police investigation.
Ameeta represented a Journalist accused of a public order offence. No further action was taken.

A nurse was subject to an account freezing order of over £250,000. After representations were made the freezing order was not renewed and the client was able to access her funds.
Cases
R v C – A surgeon sentenced for attempted sexual communications with a child, represented by Nneka Akudolu KC, achieved a much shorter sentence than was otherwise anticipated and expected
R v R – A former headteacher avoided custody and was sentenced to a suspended sentence for historical sexual offences
R v RS – A defendant sentenced to a community order for attempted sexual communications with a child.
R v N – A Police Officer was acquitted of harassment and common assault after a half-time submission of no case to answer.
R v R – The defendant’s case was discontinued just prior to trial for 3 alleged breaches of a non-molestation order and common assault
R v P – The defendant received a suspended sentence for Possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply them to another.
